At Global Marine Engines, we provide comprehensive worldwide shipping services, serving both residential and commercial addresses within the United States. Please be aware that certain products may have shipping restrictions and some items cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Once you place an order, we’ll give you estimated shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you select. Shipping date estimates may vary depending on the chosen shipping provider and will be displayed on the shipping quotes page.
Flat rate shipping charges and free shipping are available for deliveries within the 48 contiguous United States.
If you receive a damaged item or have concerns about the condition of your delivery, please do not sign for it upon receipt. Instead, refuse the shipment so we can quickly address your concerns with the shipping company. Once you sign for an item, you acknowledge satisfaction with the shipment and confirm that there is no evident damage. This is particularly crucial for LTL shipments, such as engines. If an engine arrives improperly positioned or inadequately secured to a pallet or crate, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
Returns Policy
New, unopened engine kits may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding any applicable Affirm restocking fee). Items must be returned in their original condition with intact packaging. Return label fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Parts manufactured by Global Marine Engines, such as crankshafts and cylinder heads, are subject to a limited return/warranty window of 30 days.
Refunds are typically processed within four weeks from the time your package is received by the return shipper. This timeframe includes the transit time for the return to reach us (5 to 10 business days), processing time upon receipt (3 to 5 business days), and the time required for your bank to finalize the refund request (5 to 10 business days). However, refunds are often completed faster than this.
To initiate a return, log in to your account, access the order via the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu, and click the “Return Item(s)” button. You’ll receive email notifications regarding the status and eligibility of your refund.
Please note that returns are not accepted for engines, stroker engines, stroker kits, custom builds, high-performance engines, or any items requiring machining.
Affirm Restocking Fee
Engines and items purchased with an Affirm financing option that are canceled or returned are subject to an 8% restocking fee, calculated based on the total purchase price.
