The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on our website.


1. ORDER ADJUSTMENT/CANCELLATION

1.1. Order Processing and Changes

At Global Marine Engines, we prioritize timely order processing to ensure you receive your items on time. Once an order is processed, certain information may no longer be modified. If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us through our Contact Form within 6 hours of placing the order. This includes changes to the product variant or shipping address.

  • If the change results in an increased order value, an additional payment will be required. If payment confirmation is not received within 48 hours, the order will be processed with the original details.
  • If your change request reduces the value of the order, the pricing difference will not be refunded.
  • Please note that canceling items may affect the eligibility for any promotions applied to your original order.

1.2. Cancellation within 6 Hours

If you cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, you will be responsible for any payment processing fees (if applicable), which are non-refundable.

1.3. Cancellation After 6 Hours

Cancellations beyond 6 hours are not permitted. If there is an issue with the order (e.g., incorrect address or insufficient details), we will notify you via email. If we do not receive a response within the specified timeframe, we may cancel the order and issue a refund, minus any processing or shipping costs incurred.


2. REPLACEMENT & REFUND

2.1. Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

  • Non-delivery: If your order is not successfully delivered within 45 business days (Standard and Premium shipping) or 60 business days (Eco shipping), or no later than 90 business days.
  • Quality issues: If there is a problem with the quality of the product, you must file a claim within 7 business days of the package tracking update.

2.2. Required Documentation

To assist in resolving any product-related issues quickly, please provide the following:

  • An unboxing video showing the condition of the package upon arrival.
  • Photos of any quality issues or damaged parts of the product.
  • Photos of the incorrect item received (if the item differs from the order in color, size, or design).
  • Photos of the size label and the full product, measured with a ruler (if the product size does not match the specified measurements).
  • A photo of the original shipping label of the received product.

2.3. Refund/Replacement Processing

Once we confirm via email that you are eligible for a refund or replacement, we will process your request within 7 business days.

  • For replacements, you will receive a tracking number within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of confirmation. Please note that the timing of your refund depends on your payment provider.

3. DISCLAIMER

3.1. Account Suspension and Information

You are required to provide complete and accurate information related to your order when requested. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your customer account if we detect fraudulent activity or if you fail to provide sufficient or accurate information as outlined in our refund policy.

3.2. Liability Limitations

Global Marine Engines will not be held responsible for any loss or failure in delivery caused by:

  • The recipient’s absence or refusal of the package.
  • An incorrect or insufficient shipping address.
  • Theft or damage of goods after delivery.

3.3. User Error

We are not liable for any claims arising from user error, such as selecting the wrong size, color, or design during the ordering process.

3.4. Packaging and Product Condition

For bulky or oversized items, packaging may result in creases, especially if the product is folded. This is not a defect but a characteristic of the packaging process. To avoid wrinkles, we recommend spreading the product flat for 3-5 days after unpacking.


4. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, as long as the items are new and in unused condition.

Note: Any items returned must meet the conditions specified above for a successful return or exchange.
